The rules and responsibilities for using NoteGlider — written to be understood, not to hide.

1Using the service

By accessing NoteGlider you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from this page. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2Your account

Keep your login secure and your account details accurate. Don't share credentials in a way that compromises other users or the integrity of the platform.

3Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, bypass rate limits, attempt to break the platform, upload malicious content, or use NoteGlider in ways that break academic integrity rules or local law.

4Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on the schedule you pick at checkout. You can manage or cancel anytime from account settings — access stays active through the end of the paid period.

5Your content

Your uploads stay yours. You give NoteGlider a narrow license to process that content only to make the product work for you and to improve the experience.

6Availability

We work to keep NoteGlider up and fast, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and rare incidents happen — status updates always go on our status page first.

7Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, NoteGlider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
