Privacy Policy
A plain-English description of how NoteGlider handles personal data when you use our website and study workspace.
Effective: April 2026
1What we collect
We collect your basic account details (name, email), the content you upload for study (PDFs, notes, transcripts), the way you use the product, and a small amount of technical telemetry (browser, device type, basic diagnostics). That's it.
2Why we use it
To run the product you signed up for, make generations better, stop abuse, and help you when something breaks. Aggregate usage trends help us decide what to build next — they never leave the company.
3How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove personal data, with narrow exceptions where law, security, or fraud prevention requires us to retain specific records.
4Who sees your data
We don't sell personal information. Period. We share data only with the service providers required to run NoteGlider — hosting, authentication, billing, analytics — each under contractual confidentiality.
5Your controls
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing noteglider@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests promptly.
6Security
We use encryption in transit, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and routine monitoring. No online service is zero-risk, but we keep raising the floor.
7Updates to this policy
If anything material changes, we update this page and adjust the effective date below. Big shifts will also get an email.
